Competition BMW of Smithtown

I was in search of a used CPO BMW online when I saw two 3 series at Competition. I immediately went to the Smithtown location but was to late. They had just sold several 3 series that were marked down for a series at Competition. I immediately went to the Smithtown location but was to late. She then told me to hold tight and she will be right back. About 5 minutes later she came back and said I can do this for $xx,xxx, a 2017 330i with only 26k miles. The car had just been returned from a lease 4 days prior. Nina, came to the rescue in my car search and presented an amazing deal. She was very professional, understanding, and answered all my questions. Even when negotiations came to a close and there was no more movement in price she was still willing to at least ask and present my offers and concerns. If it was anyone else I’m not sure I would have bought this car. Once I made it to Helga Carroll to sign all the loan papers, I was nervous and hand no idea really what to expect. She already had multiple offers ready based on my pre approval. She explain the details in-depth and offered great insight as to what loan terms made most since. I ended up with a great rate and terms. I couldn’t have asked for any better service than what was provided. Not to mention the deal went about an hour after close. More

All in all experience ok. Very disappointed to hear about a disposition fee. I was not informed and asked if EVERYTHING was covered and if I owed anything extra.
