Always recommending what services are due, what has to be done, and what maintenance can wait. She never tries to sell me anything that is not required and goes out of her way to keep me updated on the repair status from the time I arrive at Competition BMW until the time the car is ready to be picked up. She is a true pleasure to deal with, which is rare thing when it comes to auto maintenance. More

Our car needed service I called and they picked up the car, left a loaner and brought my car back the next day. We are in the 4th week of a major Corona Virus problem on Long Island NY. The Service people in the office and the man who picked up our car couldn't have been better. The driver sanitized the loaner throughly and did the same when he returned our car the next day.
