Great Buying Experience I had the greatest buying experience yesterday when I picked up my 2015 X5. My sales advisor was Antonella Martinis, she was available for questions during every step of the sale and was extremely helpful in making the process a very smooth transaction. This is my second purchase from Competition BMW. This is the sixth BMW for my wife and I . Previously we have done business with another BMW dealership in the area but after working with Antonella we will not go anywhere else for our BMW's. We also came into contact with Jonathan Bottomley, Sales Manager who also was extremely helpful during the buying process. We have been servicing our BMW's with Competition BMW since having Chris Panepinto as our service advisor. He is always very professional and helpful with appointments and seeing that any issues that we may have are quickly resolved. He is the reason why we only service our BMW's at Competition BMW. More
Worst car buying experience ever! Attempted to purchase a 2013 CPO BMW 550ix. Salesperson failed to provide maintenance records despite my multiple requests. Flew 1300 miles to their d Attempted to purchase a 2013 CPO BMW 550ix. Salesperson failed to provide maintenance records despite my multiple requests. Flew 1300 miles to their dealership. Car wasn't ready. Left waiting for over 2 hours with no explanation. When I told them I wanted to see the car, salesperson told me it would be ready "shortly". When I asked why the car wasn't ready, salesperson indicated "everything was okay." No member of management even attempted to welcome me or to clarify and appease me for the major delay. Was left wondering around, and they were not even busy with customers. Car had dings, dents, and deep scratches. Brake area in the wheels was not even cleaned. Was jerked around over my insurance, despite I had already provided it. Left stranded in the suburbs of New York on a Friday at 7pm. Was treated like a criminal. Dealership still has not even refunded my $500 down payment made with my credit card, which I am already contesting with my credit card company. This has been by far my worst car buying experience ever, and I have bought cars in the past ranging from $5k to $75k. Buyers beware of unprofessional staff at this dealership who will say or promise whatever to get customer to buy a car. Never expected this horrendous experience from a BMW dealership. Will certainly take my money somewhere else where customers are valued, respected and appreciated. More

New Lease My lease was up, so I came back in to order another car. This would be my 4th lease, but my first time dealing with Helga. It is a good thing that I knew the dealership, or I would have cancelled my car after dealing with Helga on the phone. For my previous leases, and my husband's purchase and lease, I had dealt with another financial person. Helga was beyond awful. She was all sweet and cheery until I asked a question, or did not agree with her. Then she talked over me on the phone, did not listen and was totally frustrating! Do not base the dealership on her, since everyone else is wonderful, but do be aware when dealing with her. More

I set up an appointment to stop in today and met with Antonella Martinis. She found my information and we sat down to pick a new BMW 4 series convertible that I wanted. Due to fact that my current lease on my Mercedes was not up till Oct.. she suggested that I order a car to my exact specs... After building my car and getting the best lease deal possible.. and with checking also with manager Jonathan, we came to an agreement and I did order the vehicle. Was a pleasant and enjoyablel experience start to stop and with their family of dealers am able to drop of my current lease. Antonella was professional in her presentation and very knowledgeable of the features of the 4 Series and a please to deal with. I await my next contact from her to let me know that MY car is here and ready to pick up... Good job to everyone at Competition BMW... as a past salesperson I do appreciate good and honesty attitude in dealings with customers. More

This time Nina Maldonado was so personable and patient, that we hope to get our next car with her help. Bob Bellucci left a wonderful impression, and Helga was so wonderfully professional. Our best surprise experience was with the genius Rachel! You should treasure her. Overall we are happy, and the car is great! More
