Everything was ready and organized and as I was signing the papers, Antonella asked if I had any questions or concerns. After the paperwork, out to my BMW and meet my BMW Genius Arthur. He spent time going over all the techno features on my car and making sure that I understood all. After pairing my phone and setting up Navigation we were set. Back into the showroom to say goodbye to both Antonella and Helga Carroll... I was off on my way home with my top lowered and enjoying the new car experience. Having come out of a Mercedes cabriolet, I was expecting top service and was not disappointment in the least way. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic in offering me assistance and friendly for sure. Compliments to Howard Berliner for managing an incredible team. Our Client Advisor was Antonella Martinis. We have worked with her before and she is fantastic! She knows the cars inside and out and is dedicated to finding exactly the right car to suit you. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable, she is so professional and yet genuinely warm. She sincerely cares about her clients. Antonella worked with Jonathan Bottemley to get us the best price for the car and together they even uncovered that we qualified for a discount through our employer that we weren't even aware of! With that savings, we were able to upgrade to the Luxury Line and get the rims that my husband really, really wanted! On the day that we picked up the car, we had the pleasure of having a lesson with Rachel Rosenthal, who is a BMW Genius. Her job is to go over all the features of the car and help you to set them up and be able to use them before you leave the dealership! Isn't that genius? Rachel has the best personality and an unbelievable knowledge of technology and all things BMW! We were amazed at all the things that our car can do! And the fact that Rachel knew them all! Because there are so many features, Rachel will contact us to schedule a follow up lesson so that we can put what we learned into practice and bring her any additional questions that we have. The whole experience was wonderful. The showroom is brand new and completely state of the art. The cars are incredible and you cannot find a dealership with a more amazing staff.
