Outstanding Servie After a wonder delivery of my NEW BMW convertible... I was dismayed to see that the tow cap was stolen from my rear bumper. I called Antonella to ask her what I can do?? she took care of getting me a replacement part.. When I went to pick up the cover... Bill informed me that the part was not painted in RED but in BLACK... He suggested that I get it painted my colour and then took it upon himself to have it painted my colour and ship it to me.. I did get a follow up call from Howard.. saying he was sorry that I had to come out to pick up the part only to find it not painted.. so he assured me HE would have it sent to me and apologized for my trouble. Wow, what service from them and personal service. I would definitely recommend them all to anyone interested in a BMW vehicle and anyone in the market for a vehicle from on outstanding dearlership... We are so glad we made a decision to buy a car from Competion BMW. We were impressed with Phil Laccone and Jonathan, who were extremely knowledgeable of their inventory and helped us find a car that met all are needs and exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with our new 2015 BMW 535 Xdrive. The additional luxury line features and sports suspension make this car absolute pleasure to drive.
