Leased my first BMW via Competition BMW. I was treated as if I was a VIP which I am not. Most importantly I was fortunate to (by chance) have Maffie Trofa as my salesperson. It quickly became clear that she if I was a VIP which I am not. Most importantly I was fortunate to (by chance) have Maffie Trofa as my salesperson. It quickly became clear that she was thoroughly knowledgeable about the X4 SUV. After a brief discussion she went and brought an X4 for my wife & I to sit in while she showed us the significant features. When we returned to her desk she had two computers, one for her to control and one for us to view. She went thru the entire menu of options for us to decide what we wanted. We had total confidence that she was not trying to have us select certain options but showing us the options with the price so that we could decide. After our selections she then showed us all of the discounts that we qualified for. With a little more negotiations- we signed the lease papers to order the car and as promised, received our vehicle within the time stated. We give the dealership and Maggie 5 Stars. More
