First ever service visit at Community Toyota. Took my vehicle for its 5000 mile service at Community and it was a pleasant experience. Oil change I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed online. Robert was very gracious and made sure my car was taken care of in a prompt manner. 2014 Camry Hybrid 50K service Took care of everything I asked for. Waited on promptly, didn't have an appointment, but informed service writer I was willing to leave the car until Took care of everything I asked for. Only complaint was that when I got home and opened the trunk I found the battery cover off. They replaced the battery as I requested but didn't put the cover on and snapped shut. The last time I came for service I found the same thing when I got home. Service tech should be notified to ensure battery cover is put back on and snapped shut whenever they check the battery. More
