She is friendly, professional and knows her product well. She ordered the Sentra per my specifications and kept me apprised of order status. When the car arrived she sent me a video showing it being off loaded from the truck which I thought was extra special fun. She had paperwork prepared in advance which made things run smoothly and spent time with me to ensure I understood bluetooth and other computer operations.
