Prompt attention is given to the customer, the service mgrs. listen to me respectfully, give me an accurate time estimate of the needed service, and provide very comfortable waiting provisions in the lounge. When the car has been serviced there is often a complimentary wash and everything looks good and runs well. I also like that I am advised re. what upcoming measures are needed at the next appointment. The dealership is so clean and pleasant in every way. Between necessary visits I occasionally have a question that a service mgr. can answer knowledgeably. If I call or stop by for that advice it is again dealt with agreeably and I'm assured that it was not a bother. (I know it probably was!) This is my third Honda from the same dealership and what I have written has been based on lots of visits. More
