Replace airbag due to recall When I called to set up appt they told me it was completed on Nov 17th and that was not possible because I was buying the car in Ames that day. It was When I called to set up appt they told me it was completed on Nov 17th and that was not possible because I was buying the car in Ames that day. It was installed in 45 mins as they stated. On Saturday I was reading my receipt only to find that all the information belong to someone else not me. Seems this peson did have an airbag replaced on a pilot. Mine is a CR-V. Not sure how that helps me but called and talked to Sam and he said no worries. 1st experience here. If I need to come in for anything, I hope its better. Nice job on the car rinse off. I appreciated that! More

I am extremely happy with the choice I made and would recommend Community Honda to anyone looking for a Honda. Avery was very helpful during test drives showing me what I asked for a CRV-LX & then the EX which I loved. Big turn off when I got in LX & had to adjust my seat like i was in the passenger seat as I was used to adjustment buttons on side of seats. I paid cash so never dealt with financing process. More
