My recent visits so the service center has been extremely poor. The communication is poor, staff not friendly. My most recent visit was supposed to be a 90 minute service starting at 11. I called at 1:00 whe poor. The communication is poor, staff not friendly. My most recent visit was supposed to be a 90 minute service starting at 11. I called at 1:00 when I hadn’t heard anything and told they were at lunch. Called me back about 15 minutes later and said would be another hour. It was nearly 3:00 when I got my car. Had I hadn’t called, would they have called me??? I had appts at 1:00 and 2:00 because I was told 90 minutes. I understand it is not exact on timing but 4 hours is not acceptable when told 90 minutes. And no communication makes it worse. The staff is unfriendly- except Rick. Looking forward to getting a new vehicle this year. I have bought from Community Honda several times, but not this time. Time to find a dealer with good customer service!! More

The only reason it wasn't a higher rating is the first guy we waited to check in with seemed to ignore us. He could have at least said someone would be right with us or acknowledged us. Had to ask for an invoice though instead of one offered. It was warranty work but all the same I like to have a record of any work done. More
