Thank you for your review. This is a situation where the vehicle that you purchased was actually being used by our Service Department if I'm correct. Currently as I'm sure you are aware, Pre-Owned vehicles are in enormous demand and are selling almost as fast as they are being acquired, which adds to that bottle neck in our reconditioning. Thank you for ultimately making the purchase with us. I'm glad you liked the vehicle (and us) enough to buy it. It looks like we could have gotten some of these things completed prior to your arrival; that's on us. My apologies. I will use this as a training tool for future out of town purchases.
