Bernie, Thank you for your positive review of our Honda dealership. I did some digging about the tire rotation issue. Yes we recommend tire rotations every other service (3000-5000 miles. Your service interval has been between 7-8000 miles. If we were to rotate every other at that frequency that would be every 15,000 miles which is too many miles in between. I apologize for the confusion. Please contact Bryan Cuvelier in our service department. We would like to credit you the last rotation charge for the mistake.
