Slowest Car Servicing Possible I recently visited this dealer to have my truck serviced and I received the slowest services that I’ve ever experienced. My appointment was for 9:30am and they didn’t finish with my car until 12:30! I was extremely disappointed. More

Poor service I took my car in for 2 issues, 1. Was the reverse camera stopped working and 2. My radio was having issues connecting to my Bluetooth. The camera issu I took my car in for 2 issues, 1. Was the reverse camera stopped working and 2. My radio was having issues connecting to my Bluetooth. The camera issue was fixed. However, the service took all day to do. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and it was not ready for pickup until 3:30. I was told it should only take a couple hours. I was on leave from the military visiting family, so my time was limited and precious. The radio issue was not fixed and not only was that not fixed my rear middle speaker was now blown. This is the second time I have taken my car to this dealer and was not satisfied with the service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if they are on a time crunch or don’t want any additional damage done to their car. I will not be returning to this dealer for any future services needed. More

Excellent Service Randy, in the Service Dept., was efficient, extremely pleasant, and explained everything perfectly. They will nickel and dime you Charging a customer a fee just to tell them what is wrong with their car clearly shows that you are not a customer service based company. Frustrating experience purchasing a family car. I have had a used automovil I less than a month an have issues with it. I took It in several times and they keep giving me the round around and they s I have had a used automovil I less than a month an have issues with it. I took It in several times and they keep giving me the round around and they say everything is fine. I took It for a diagnostic at Fire Stone and another mechanic both gave me a paper report which I took in to the dealer and showed the sales Manager the maintenance it needs. The sales manager was rude he told me he couldn’t help me and walk away. When I asked to talk to the General manager he said he wasn’t in. I’m very frustrated because they sold me a vehicle which is not realiable for me to drive with my family. And the sales manager, sales person just keeps on giving me the round around. I’m going to continue to go until something is done. I recommend that buyers there take there vehicle to get a diagnostic somewhere else before purchasing a vehicle at this desperate. More
