Helpful and caring staff Very attentive to customer needs. I had a 2pm apt and asked, when dropping off my car before work at 7am, if they could fit me in before 8am that day. I've been here 4 times and each time I opted for text updates that never happen and this place is very slow except with excuses. The reps lie and have no knowledge of what accessories fit what trim level updates that never happen and this place is very slow except with excuses. Each time I see my car come in finished it still takes an hour to give it to me while I see it just sitting there. They also have don't assist in diagnosing issues related to defects and refuse to start a case so that Honda corp can investigate safety defects which can save lives and prevent customers from paying out of pocket for factory defect that should be covered by Honda not the consumer. More

After the car was being serviced Jay gave me an update on additional services that should be done at this time. I appreciate the effortss to ensure that I won't have any problems to worrry about. The young gentlemen that provided rides to and from the mall while I waited, we're very pleasant and Randy Pribyl was very nice and kept me informed. I wish there was better organization and friendliness in the service area, most of the reps just sitting and chatting with each other give off the vibe that they can't be bothered. More
