Always satisfied with the level of care and attention I have been bringing my 2014 Honda Accord for service here for the last two years and I have always been more than satisfied with the level of service I have been bringing my 2014 Honda Accord for service here for the last two years and I have always been more than satisfied with the level of service and attention given by everyone here at Community Honda of Orland Park. I’ve been a happy Honda owner for about 18 years. I have taken my previous vehicles to other Honda dealerships in the past and Community Honda of Orland Park has by far surpass them all. During my last visit my service advisor Jay Hill was just superb. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He was very detailed in explaining to me what my vehicle needed. Once the service was completed he made sure I understood all that was done and made sure I was satisfied. I defininately recommend them for service to anyone I know. Thank you so much!!! More

Slow Service Service was extremely slow, I arrived at 12pm for my 12pm appt and nobody even acknowledged me til 12:18pm. It also took over 1 hour for my oil change and tire rotation. 1 good thing to come out of it was the service I received from the parts guy(Wilky??). He provided me with batteries for my automatic start/keyless entry and installed them. HIs service was top notch. Also, my service advisor(Jay) was very informative and kept me up to speed with ETA's. And he was the first one to greet me after waiting around for 18 minutes with no communication. More

A/C service My car was overheating and the service department found a un repairable leak in my radiator. Terrible Customer Service The service department is slow and the customer service is terrible. They do not greet you. 5 people standing in line. 3 service reps sitting at desks The service department is slow and the customer service is terrible.
