Slow Service Service was extremely slow, I arrived at 12pm for my 12pm appt and nobody even acknowledged me til 12:18pm. It also took over 1 hour for my oil change and tire rotation. 1 good thing to come out of it was the service I received from the parts guy(Wilky??). He provided me with batteries for my automatic start/keyless entry and installed them. HIs service was top notch. Also, my service advisor(Jay) was very informative and kept me up to speed with ETA's. And he was the first one to greet me after waiting around for 18 minutes with no communication. More

Terrible Customer Service The service department is slow and the customer service is terrible. They do not greet you. 5 people standing in line. 3 service reps sitting at desks The service department is slow and the customer service is terrible.
