Quick quality service Needed a tire patched on a Monday, Cesar Diaz was able to squeeze me in and get tire fixed within a couple hours. Unfortunately that evening I drove t Needed a tire patched on a Monday, Cesar Diaz was able to squeeze me in and get tire fixed within a couple hours. Unfortunately that evening I drove through some heavy construction and ended up with a nail in the same tire! So back I go the following day. With a new tire ordered, they got me a ride home and back to the dealership within a couple hours. Following day, 1 other tire found a nail somewhere on the road! Back to Honda, couple hours later with door to door service once again, tire fixed. The kind and caring manner in which this nearly hysterical female was taken care of, went above and beyond! What could’ve been a horrible stressful situation turned out great, just because of how this employee treated his customer! For that I will sing Honda’s praises. More
