1 hour wait took almost 3 hours. I went in to get a new key programed for my car. I was told over the phone it was a 10/20 min. to do that. When I got there, I was told it was going t I went in to get a new key programed for my car. I was told over the phone it was a 10/20 min. to do that. When I got there, I was told it was going to be an hour wait. I expected that because it was busy. But almost 2 hours and 40 minutes later the gentleman was surprised I was still there and went to see what was taking so long. I sat there almost 3 hours waiting for my car key to be reprogrammed. Apparently one of the workers told the guy there was nothing really wrong with my key however it was verified the last time I was there. People not on the same page. The guy behind the service desk was really kind and apologetic. He personally went back there to get my keys and ensure that it was done. Once he checked, I was out of there in 10 min. More

Paint Tuoch up I had a tiny mark on car that I noticed after pick up. I brought the car in to service center an d rep told me it was from acid rain. This was after 2 I had a tiny mark on car that I noticed after pick up. I brought the car in to service center an d rep told me it was from acid rain. This was after 2 weeks. What about all the cars in lhe lot.. I went to see my salesman and he had paint man come out and look they said would fix it. When I got car back it was not blended well. They took it back and paint was good but the car as covered in tiny white xxxxx and parts had not been buffed off. They did a FAIR job of cleaning it up, because There are still several places that are still white on a dark car. I was told these will wash off, we,ll see. This is the sixth car I have bought there. Between the sales person I had and the service dept, it makes me think whether I will come back More

Attempted Bamboozle on tire rotation. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited a bit longer than expected (approximately two hours) to get this work done. Because of past problems with other dealerships attempting to charge me for tire rotations that they did not actually complete, I decided to check to see whether the one mismatch tire on my vehicle was still on the front driver side. I was very disappointed that it was still there. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and that charge was removed from my bill. I did not have the time to give them a second chance to really do the tire rotation. More
