routine rear differential fluid change After bringing CRV in for a scheduled differential fluid change...[$110], was told we also needed brake fluid change. Reluctantly I agreed to the tune After bringing CRV in for a scheduled differential fluid change...[$110], was told we also needed brake fluid change. Reluctantly I agreed to the tune of another $143.99. Then after leaving car was called at home saying the car needed a brake job, another $300, at which point I had to say hold on, our $110 bill was about to blossom to $572. I said hold off on brakes, went to pick up the car up and took it to another shop where they told me I didn't need brakes. There was well over 50% left on shoes. No charge. After a full day of inconvenience, I'm looking for a new shop. More

Mixed communications When I dropped off my car for oil change and transmission fluid change, I was asked what number to reach me at and I gave my cell phone. Unfortunately When I dropped off my car for oil change and transmission fluid change, I was asked what number to reach me at and I gave my cell phone. Unfortunately I had left my cell phone at home but wasn't aware of this at the time. I told service rep. that I would be back about 3 and then said no I would be back about 2. Bryan did try to reach me at cell phone a few times. When I came in at 2, another advisor looked up and said my car was almost ready and that he would tell Bryan that I was in the waiting room. After waiting until 3 pm I got up and looked out show window and my car was sitting there and I had never been told it was ready. Bryan said he tried to call me that I needed to have rear brakes cleaned and aligned. He said he wasn't aware that I was in the waiting room since 2 pm. I could have ended up sitting there several more hours if I hadn't gotten up and looked out show window. More
