Sales and service I have dealt with this dealership for more years than I care to admit too. However when you consider that three members of my family each drive a Hon I have dealt with this dealership for more years than I care to admit too. However when you consider that three members of my family each drive a Honda product you will get an idea of the number of purchases I have made over the years and the number of o7l changes I have had done! I have, absolutely, no complaints with either the service people nor the sales people. I have felt they have gone above and beyond what was expected of them! More
Furious Yet again, I bring my car in to have wheel and steering wheel repaired. Yet again, it doesn’t get done. This is the 3rd and 4th time my vehicle has Yet again, I bring my car in to have wheel and steering wheel repaired. Yet again, it doesn’t get done. This is the 3rd and 4th time my vehicle has been in to have these two items repaired and they haven’t been done. They had me drop off car on Thursday so it could be worked on early Friday. I finally called at 3:30 to see if it was ready. I was told wheel was repaired but they would have to check on steering wheel. I was told the parts were in for the repair. So, I get a call back and I’m told neither was done. Miscommunition with the wheel and not all parts for steering wheel. So, I go in to pick up my car and there are 6 people in line for pick ups and no one is calling for them. Finally after a 15-20 minute wait someone says anyone here for pick up. We all were. Finally get called and he says sign here that work was done My question was Why when it wasn’t. Had to sign or car wouldn’t be released. Then I’m told they had to go out back to get it. I was told it would be kept inside. Another appointment scheduled for next week. I am a very unhappy person. More

undiagnosed tensioner. My Civic had to be towed twice because of an undiagnosed tensioner! My disgruntlement was quickly appeased with a check for towing and car rental! Parts for steering wheel not ordered second time I was here so now I will need to come back for a 4th time. A wheel was damaged and I had no way to prove I wasn’t the one that did it. I was lucky I purchased an extended warranty because no offer was made for them to fix it even though I truly believe it happened there. I had not parked by a curb to cause the damage. I was told someone could have hit me. I think that the quarter panel would have been damaged before wheel was. Well another appointment made so to be continued... More
"Dependable Service" I've been taking my car to Community Honda for service over ten years when it was bought new. The Service team is outstanding! I tell them what is wro I've been taking my car to Community Honda for service over ten years when it was bought new. The Service team is outstanding! I tell them what is wrong with my car and they don't B.S. me around. They will tell me up front if there is a check out charge then call me before any work is done. They tell me what needs to be done right now and what can wait. I gotta like that about them especially Randy Pribyl! When they call you and the work is done. There are no added surprises like those chain shops. The price is what you were quoted. And as far as the service work done, you can't beat experienced Honda techs! More

Upgrade We able to get me in the next morning after I called to setup an appointment. Did not have a courtesy driver available so they used Lyft so I did not We able to get me in the next morning after I called to setup an appointment.
