Service advisor Terrible customer service,was very rude in explaining the service. I think your dealership should treat customers better and conduct quicker service especially when the appointment was scheduled and service repair was due to dealership installin faulty parts. You should stand by the quality of service and parts you install. More
Brought car in. Honda kept it over a month. The car was kept in service department for over a month. Parts were put in the car but this did not stop noise. No one would answer my questions or call me back with updates. Finally after all this Honda said they could not fix it and gave the car back. I had no other choice but to take it. I will never go to Honda again. More

Almost Well, I almost thought it was finally done and fixed. It actually was when I left but on the drive home the other side of the steering wheel had the Well, I almost thought it was finally done and fixed. I called Louis on my way home and told him I would call back to make and appointment to bring it back again after checking my calendar. Called back on Monday and left a message for him to call me and instead of him I got Bob Madia. I explained what happened and that they had to order parts and he said he would call back shortly after talking to Parts Department. I waited 4 hours before calling back and left a message. No return call until Tuesday and that was made to me by mistake as he called to tell me my car was done when it hadn’t even been brought in. Well, part is now in and we will see what happens on Tuesday. I was told this will only take an hour so no Loaner car this time. More

Didn't refill windshield wash I was driving in snow and salt and tried to clean my windshield. To my surprise there was no windshield wash for the wipers.
