GOOD SERVICE I have been using Community Honda's service department for many years. "Randy" is the service writer I see on each of my visits to the service depart I have been using Community Honda's service department for many years. "Randy" is the service writer I see on each of my visits to the service department. Randy is, by far, THE BEST service writer I have EVER dealt with. He is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am always satisfied with the service that was done on my vehicle because I know Randy "follows up" on what's being done. I wouldn't think of going to any other Honda dealer for service because I'm happy and satisfied with Randy and Community Honda. More

Noise in car. Took the car in for a rattle noise I was hearing behind the dash. Took it the first time and the noise wasn’t duplicated. Took it the second time noise was heard but then wasn’t duplicated by the tech, so they couldn’t touch my car. I couldn’t get a loaner because they couldn’t keep my car because of the noise not being there- even though my car is under basic warranty. Took the car a third time because the noise was there and left the vehicle there with them. Got a call few hours later that the car was done. I get there and I’m told concern cannot be duplicated, at this point I was kind of frustrated. The service writer that dispatched me (Bobby Mitsos) sensed my frustration and asked me what the problem was. I told him what was going on and for some reason he knew what my problem was right away. He said some caps on my strut towers where the culprit of my noise, we took them off and I drove the car and noise was GONE! What aggravates me is that he was the only one that knew about this issue and not anyone else. I’m assuming this has happened before. Maybe after multiple times of me going they would have tried to figure it out. I will still bring my car there but just wanted to share this concern, to help someone that might come in with the same issue down the road. More
