Excellent Service I had an appt for Monday at 9:30a to explain to me what I am not understanding.. While waiting , a Service advisor came to my car and asked for my inf I had an appt for Monday at 9:30a to explain to me what I am not understanding.. While waiting , a Service advisor came to my car and asked for my information. Explained I was coming back because I didn't understand why my passenger light kept on when I turn on my lights on. His name was Louis and he took time and explained every thing was ok and took time for all my questions. He was an angel and I understood I asked Louis to tell Randy, who I had the appointment with that he took care of me. My rating is Excellent + and I thank Louis for caring for me and Randy for making my appointment! Randy I give an excellent, even though I did not see him. He has been great More

Maintenance appt Service advisor was great! Had an appt prior to arriving. It was busy but wait time was good and very close to estimated time. Vehicle went back for e Service advisor was great! Otherwise service went smoothly. Good overall experience! I do not remember service advisors name but he deserves a 10/10 if you look it up. Appt was Friday Feb 22 at noon. More
Horrible Servive department When I take my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance I expect quality service. My last two visits consisted of poor workmanship by your technicians When I take my vehicle to a dealership for maintenance I expect quality service. My last two visits consisted of poor workmanship by your technicians, and one had a label of master technician!! And then the poor service continued with the service writer. To cover for the technician your service writer tried to sell me a line that oil leakage after an oil change is very common. I have owned many different makes and model vehicles and this is not common! After I informed him I was not happy with the service and my survey would show, he stated I could not do that to him! Your service department needs a complete over haul. Customer service is not the focus! I am never greeted, just told to wait in a line, never updated on the vehicle, and trying to call the service department is impossible! More

Very Poor Service I have a 2016 CR-V with just over 40,000 current miles. All of my service, up to date according to service manual, has been done by Community Honda. T I have a 2016 CR-V with just over 40,000 current miles. All of my service, up to date according to service manual, has been done by Community Honda. Two months ago I had to start jump starting my vehicle. Upon checking the battery myself, I found two dry cells. I filled battery and it worked for a couple weeks, until I parked vehicle in garage, and went to Florida. My wife had to fly home due to family emergency and upon going out to car to take it to hospital, it wouldn't start. I had my brother replace the battery late at night because vehicle was needed. I went to Honda to get reimbursed and learned that battery was only warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles. I was told by service adviser, who apparently thinks I'm an idiot, that batteries only last about three years because of all the electronics in the vehicle. BS! A new "Honda" battery is warranted for 100 months. Why then, do they not use those batteries in new vehicles? I shouldn't have to replace a batter less than 3 years old!!! My last service, oil change and tire rotation, plus recommended service, resulted in a 3 hour wait because they lost my keys. Upon returning home I discovered that four of five lug nuts on one tire were missing, all the others (on all wheels) were only hand tight, and the hood was not competency closed. For one reason or another, none of them my fault, I have yet to get my car washed during service even though I was told when buying car that I could get it washed anytime. Apparently not! More

Some issues with service. I brought my car in for a recall repair & 2 minor issues. When I was driving home, I saw that one issue with lane assist was not repaired & there was I brought my car in for a recall repair & 2 minor issues. When I was driving home, I saw that one issue with lane assist was not repaired & there was a loud noise in the engine. I had to return to the dealership. The response from the service manager, Bob, was terrific. He listened to my concerns, gave me a loner car & the next day my car was fully repaired. What could have been a negative experience, having to come back, was handled perfectly. My husband & I very impressed with this dealership. More
