A trial of being ignored From the moment I pull up into the service station I can see it’s going to be a long day. You are never greeted. Typically the employees see how long they can go without making eye contact when you walk in. I had a SCHEDULED appointment we’re i gave them the service codes off my truck before I showed up. They gave me all the items that needed to be done and a cost over the phone. I arrived for my SCHEDULED appointment and it took 25 minutes just to drop my truck off, then they gave me an ‘extended’ quote that was roughly double what they said over the phone... It maybe a long drive to Ohare Honda, but at least I can drop my truck off in about 5 minutes and their quotes are always accurate. This is the worst dealership service center I have ever gone too. More

I was left without a vehicle for four days resulting in me having to p The radar sensor on my 2018 Honda CR-V malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. I was left without a vehicle for four days resulting in me having to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket. Honda would not provide a loaner vehicle. Now, the vehicle is permanently stained with a discoloration on the front bumper leading directly to the radar cover. This was due to that repair and I had to wait a week for a negative response that Community is not going to take accountability and I am stuck with the problem. This is unacceptable to me the customer and will likely end any thought of future business with Community. In addition, the communication with Community Honda is terrible, I have had to make numerous calls to get a simple update on the status of my vehicle. They don’t return calls and it took two emails and 8 days to get a response from the service manager to tell me they weren’t going to do anything. Unacceptable! More

worst Honda service center that I have ever experienced 1st I took my car in for a recall after being serviced got home and radiator fluid was all in my garage of course they said they didn't do anything wr 1st I took my car in for a recall after being serviced got home and radiator fluid was all in my garage of course they said they didn't do anything wrong. they ended up giving me a free oil change and premium car wash. there is nothing premium it. after getting my car and making my next stop I see scratches all over my car this is totally ridiculous. I will never step foot back into the dealership or will I ever refer anyone. I am totally pissed to the highest. this dealership is messing up people cars. it's a shame when you can't go to a dealership and get good service More

Even if we make an appointment it often takes over and hour and up to 2.5 hours for just an oil change. The staff are at times, not friendly and brief. They regularly give no updates as you sit and wait, so we will at times make arrangements to have someone pick us up (which is not convenient). Overall, the experience feels like you are a hostage at Honda. More

Disappointed, yet again Scheduled appoint because my low tire light came on often. Wanted my tires checked to see if there may have been a problem. After waiting 2+ hours I’m Scheduled appoint because my low tire light came on often. Wanted my tires checked to see if there may have been a problem. After waiting 2+ hours I’m told that they didn’t think calibration was done. They put 50 miles on my car without letting me know beforehand. Would have been nice to give me a heads up before they did that. Next week it goes back in to replace a piece of the steering wheel that they scratched while fixing it for the 4th time. Also, having the VS2000 put on the area that was repaired and repainted after they damaged while in for service. More
