3 service calls in a row I was just at the dealership twice in two weeks: once to replace cabin filter and then for reapplication of sealant. Just Okay I was contacted multiple times regarding a special oil change deal at this service center. Booking the appointment was easy, but when I arrived, the s I was contacted multiple times regarding a special oil change deal at this service center. Booking the appointment was easy, but when I arrived, the service agent was unaware of the special price. He made it sound like I was mistaken about their offers. Thank goodness the person booking the appointment noted the special on my file and after a check with management, I got the deal. However, properly coding the transaction to receive the deal took much too long. Service was prompt and the car was done when promised. The only issue was the administrative time to get checked in and out by the service agent. More

Got what was called diagnostic fees for each issue described. I guess this is some sort of policy 'thing'. Car has only ever been serviced here, and they do not have a service history & I was made to feel like I should have brought my own file. I did not recognize one face, which was unusual. Service guy was fine, They did get the job done. Service is the face of the dealership for me; this visit did not come with the feeling of confidence and completion as all our previous service calls. We are unsure at this point if we will come back. More

We waited 3 hours, I called to the service rep directly back on status, no answer so left voicemail. He did not call back. Tried main number again for service and found out car was ready for pickup and a technician was able to unlock it from its position. I wonder how long it had been done and no one called us. No other information on the seatbelt. Service dept. Was very disorganized. Staff not friendly except for woman that takes payment and gives keys. She was the only nice person there. We will not be back. My husband said this is why we go to continental Acura. They know how to treat customers. More
