Our service tech,John, told us he would have our battery changed and the van ready for us in more than enough time, and he meant it. In our opinion that speaks volumes as to why we will always take our business to Community Honda. More

No one said a word or even looked in my direction. There were two other customers behind me that made a comment about taking so long to get checked in. The oil change took about 1 hour and twenty minutes. I was not impressed. More
2.5 hour oil change with appointment??? We had a very disappointing experience at Community Honda. The service advisor, Robert Petrick, was rude and disrespectful. Our appointment was We had a very disappointing experience at Community Honda. The service advisor, Robert Petrick, was rude and disrespectful. Our appointment was for 11:30am, we arrived at 11:15am and didn't end up leaving until 1:45pm for an oil and filter change. When asked what was taking so long, my wife received the response, "what did you expect, it's a Saturday." He could not not be found for most of the appointment and didn't check in until the whole ordeal was almost over. He also said that the drain plug was stripped and said, "I don't know who you've had work on this, but they messed it up." We've only had our van serviced at Honda dealerships since we've had it (the last 70k miles with no previous issues). I would appreciate an email or some follow up from the dealership. My appointment was for 11:30am on 8/24 - Honda Odyssey. More
From bad to good My alternator gave out and I had to have my 2012 Crosstour towed in. After waiting for some time, a technician came out, told me I had a "laundry list My alternator gave out and I had to have my 2012 Crosstour towed in. After waiting for some time, a technician came out, told me I had a "laundry list" of problems with the car, and needed to buy a new one. I was furious. I had just brought the car in two weeks before for an oil change and was told at the time the car was fine. The technician said that things could change, and there were too many problems in the car to fix it. I demanded to see the manager. Zach came out and went over everything with me. He said he would look over the car and make sure of the final diagnosis. After a little while, Zach came out again.. He said the alternator needed to be replaced and there were possibly transmission issues, but that was unlikely. And no, I did not need a new car. Zach said the way the technician handled inital communication with me was wrong, and that he (the technician) would be spoke with regarding that. Zach also gave me a discount on repairing my alternator, as he said he knew me as a good customer. He also suggested getting a non-Honda brand alternator which would save even more money, but be just as good. Additionally, he gave me a loaner car gratis rather than the usual rental price. The next day he kept me apprised throughout the morning about my repair status, explaining that it would take a little longer than promised but only by a couple of hours. When I went to pick up the car, I spoke with Zach, who went over the entire report on my car, including work and expenses. He also told me that the transmission was fine, as he suspected, and said it was recommended i have new transmission fluid put in the next time I come in for an oil change. He again assured me that the employee who mishandled my case was reprimanded for his actions. Though initially I was furious when told my car had a "laundry list of problems" and needed to be replaced, I was throughly impressed by Zach's complete professionalism, from his communication skills to his going the extra mile to ensure that this repeat customer was a happy customer. You are fortunate to have an employee of his caliber. I will continue to use the Community Honda service--something I wasn't going to do after the initial communication. More
