No service department The service manager and the reps all don't care to help customers and lie about most things related to factory defects. My car has several issues that they will not diagnose and they refuse to start a case for me. The chrome grill bubbles up and has been replaced twice on a 2018, the trans jerks, the dash rattles, premature rear brake wear and the cars collision mitigation system malfunctions and slams on brakes for no reason but they have an excuse for everything and again will not help file a case for Honda to investigate when driveaccord,net is full of people complaining of similar issues with each trim level. More
