I’m disappointed with how the inspection and fix didn’t solve the problem with my car at all. As a result I have to go to a Chrysler dealership and pay another inspection fee. This is the second time we’ve solve the problem with my car at all. As a result I have to go to a Chrysler dealership and pay another inspection fee. This is the second time we’ve had to bring the vehicle in multiple times and the first time we spent a lot more money. Very upsetting!! More

Appointment was easy to set up. Service knew why I was there and ready to take care of it. The Service attendant was able to answer a question I hadn't been able to figure out even with my very poor descr there and ready to take care of it.
