This is the first time I had terrible service at your center. No tech talked to me re status of my vehicle such as condition of my battery and tires. My car did not start yesterday and AAA had to put center. No tech talked to me re status of my vehicle such as condition of my battery and tires. I have always had good service. However this last visit I requested wheel alignment and CHECK brakes. I knew brakes were bad, but a number of other repairs were also made without my permission.
