It was my first time going to Community Honda for any type of service. I bought my Honda used from a private party owner. I took my 2008 Honda Civic in for an oil change. And the nice young service advisor greeted me right away inside the service garage. He walked around the vehicle with me and found a few scratches and paint chips on the rear bumper. He advised me that community honda offers free body repair estimates. I didnt know that any dealership did that ! So i got a free estimate on damage to my vehicle i didnt even know about!! And then Matt said he would get me in for an oil change and reccomended to change out the transmission fluid and rotate the tires. He explained the benefits to me of doing these services. And he also answered all of my questions. He got me out of the service department earlier than the time he promised! Thats 5 stars in my book! Overall it was a pleasant expierence having my vehicle serviced at Community Honda. The young service advisor made it a pleasant comfortable expierence ! This dealership also offers free car washes and has a pleasant waiting room! The cashier was very courteous ! I will definitely return for service and i'll make sure I see Matt Krugman! More
Went to get oil change and automatic lock fixed. The dealer informed me that it would be $100 to diagnose the problem, but that $100 can be applied to repair costs. At the end, they charged me $250 for about 1 hour of labor plus costs. Service manager did not want to tell me how long it actually took to repair the car. Plus, they charge 5% of labor for "service fees" which I was not informed of upfront. I wish my business could add 5% to the cost of everything for service at the end. All the employees had the attitude as if they were doing me a huge favor by repairing my car. Jason Glenn, the service advisor, is particularly greedy. More
My family and myself have been using to Community Honda for years, we have bought many cars and will only take them to this dealership, they have always been honest, upfront and never pushy. I know when going there I can get in and out with no pressure and in minimal time. The free car washes are great and the friendly staff treats you like family. We bought our Honda mini van and truck brand new from this dealership. Our sales guy was nice (although I heard he is gone now) and the price was ok on both vehicles. The part that is HORRIBLE IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My van only has 45k miles on it but I have had to bring it in several times for weird things. Each time, they told me there was nothing wrong with it and to take it home. I brought it in for tire rotation and it took 3.5 hours, when they originally said it would take 45 mins. One time I brought my van in and told them that I thought one of the tires was leaking. After 30 mins they told me nothing was wrong and to take it home. On the way home, one of the tires died on me...nail in the tire. Also, we use to have run flat tires on our van and have done everything by the book service wise. When I brought it there, they were basically yelling at me because I didn't rotate my tires (they were the ones that supposedly rotated them). Turns out, Honda run flats are now being sued because the tires are BAD. Shouldn't they know that? So, I finally brought my vehicle to another dealership and they fixed everything I had originally said was wrong in one day! They told me they are unsure why Community Honda couldn't have fixed these issues and even called over to get my service record. DO NOT GO TO COMMUNITY HONDA -- EVER! More
Friendly Staff, and the work was done in a timely fashion. I came in for tires and they check out the car and found out the battery need to be replaced. I had them both replaced in time for winter. I have bought 3 cars from Community and have always received fantastic service from everyone there. Would never go anywhere else to buy a new car or get a car serviced!! I just want to say that from the moment I arrived at the service department till the moment I left, I felt as if I was was the only customer, I was treated in such a manner that it made those dreaded days service department till the moment I left, I felt as if I was was the only customer, I was treated in such a manner that it made those dreaded days going to get your car serviced, long waits and unfriendly help a thing of the past....I again just want to say THANK you and I look foward to my next oil change and service visit. The few times I've had to bring my 1997 CRV with 250,000 miles in for service, I have had a great experience with Community Honda. Employees are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing. I have received a loaner car when a part was being shipped and I have received a ride to the mall while my repairs were being done. This is going beyond great service in my opinion.
