I arrived at Honda between 7:30 and 7:40 am on Tuesday January 2. for a lube job. I finally left at 9:20 AM. Over 1 1/2 hours. This has happened a few times in the past. Why am I waiting 1 1/2 for a lube job that cost me 35.00. My time has value. I could go to any lube place and maybe pay the same but get out in 10-15 minutes. I also own a Dodge Caravan. The Dodge dealer charges me 39.00 for three lube jobs...and I am in and out in less than 1/2 hour. I left Honda very upset....why am i going to Honda for a lube job? More
Excellant service department! I have been coming to Community Honda since 1992, I have been coming to Community Honda since 1992, specifically for their Service Department and having the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Mill I have been coming to Community Honda since 1992, specifically for their Service Department and having the pleasure of dealing with Jennifer Miller. I bought my first Honda in 1978, consequently dealt with three dealerships, and never had experienced the level of quality service provided by Jennifer. We currently own four Hondas ranging from a 1992 Accord to a 2007 Pilot. Jennifer is incredibly flexible with accomodating our schedules when bringing in our vehicles for service. My 22 year old daughter brings the '92 in for service and is very diligent with this process. Neither she nor I have any hesitiation with sending her in with the vehicle as Jennifer is always very friendly and patient, continually sitting with her and explaining in detail the service needs of the vehicle. Jennifer is always available to us by phone and has always contacted us to explain in detail any needed repairs, safety concerns, and cost involved before servicing any of our vehicles. I am constantly impressed with the quality and high level of communication which Jennifer maintains with the Service Technicians. She is very knowledgable, yet questions and ensures the necessity of any repairs. The quality of work has always been exemplary, and we have never had issues after repairs have been made to any of our vehicles. Jennifer is also very conscientious with cost. She independently investigates alternatives, shares options with us, and is always honest with her assessments and with the facts. Jennifer always makes an attempt to share coupons with us that we may not have immediate access to at the time of payment. Her estimates have always been either accurate or higher than the actual final cost. Furthermore, service to our vehicles has always been completed in a timely manner, usually being completed earlier than expected or on time as promised. Jennifer Miller has always gone above and beyond with her customer service. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgable, easily contacted and concerned about her customers. Based on my personal experience, Jennifer Miller has been the best representative of Honda that I have ever encountered in my 33 years of dealings with Honda, and that I've had the pleasure of knowing. Jennifer Miller is a true asset to Community Honda! More
Service Representative Jennifer Miller really knows the meaning of service. My wife and I have dealt with her for years, and have found her to be very trustworthy and communcative, and she seems to put the meaning of service. When my wife brings our van in for service, I know Jennifer will treat her well and honestly. The few times over the years in which my sife wasn't sure about somthing, she had Jennifer call me and provide me with explanations, whcih were always clear and reasonable. Appointment time was 12:30. Vehicle sat in an outdoor holding area for more than a hour after the appointment time. Once the vehicle entered the shop, it sat apparently unattended (hood up, work light i holding area for more than a hour after the appointment time. Once the vehicle entered the shop, it sat apparently unattended (hood up, work light in engine compartment but no activity) for a long time. It appeared from observation as if the mechanic actually had 2 vehicles in his care at the same time. About 3:00, I asked the consultant for an update and was told that the hood cable was "probably" stretched and the hood latch was rusted (with all that grease on it? I don't think so!) and needed replacing. I opted to replace the hood cable and clean and adjust the latch (it looks shiny and new). The "book rate" for these 2 jobs is exhorbitant! I have been considering moving my maintenance and repair business from Napleton due to convenience. After an 11 year relationship with Napleton (vehicle is a 2003 bought from them and service frequency will only increase), they still very actively pursue my business through reminders and service coupons. Community does not seem to do this. I think I my well reconsider making that move. More
Had appointment for 8:45a.m. Given eta of 1-2 p.m. By 1:00 car not even looked at. What are appointments for????? Not done until 4:30p.m. No offer of loaner car or a ride home!! I just wish they would have told me they were running behind at some point. Then I would have made other arrangements, but I thought my car would be done by 1 or 2:00 pm. I will never take my car there again for service nor would I buy another car from them. More
