I ran over a glass bottle and I needed to have my tires checked to avoid a Flat Tire. I am too old (84) to change a tire. I arrived at Honda between 7:30 and 7:40 am on Tuesday January 2. for a lube job. I finally left at 9:20 AM. Over 1 1/2 hours. This has happened a few times in the past. This is the first time I am writ January 2. for a lube job. I finally left at 9:20 AM. Over 1 1/2 hours. This has happened a few times in the past. This is the first time I am writing about it. Why am I waiting 1 1/2 for a lube job that cost me 35.00. My time has value. I could go to any lube place and maybe pay the same but get out in 10-15 minutes. I also own a Dodge Caravan. The Dodge dealer charges me 39.00 for three lube jobs...and I am in and out in less than 1/2 hour. I left Honda very upset....why am i going to Honda for a lube job? More
