We experienced a problem that put us in an 'emergency' position. Driving unannounced into the dealership we were immediately met with qualified and friendly staff. No names are included because this is outstanding nature of all the staff we have encountered over years of being their customer - for vehicles and vehicular repairs. The necessary part was ordered. An appointment was set up and we received transportation to and from the dealership. We are overwhelmed by the quality of our Honda and the Community Honda personnel. The 'emergency' involved being recently released from spinal surgery and being incapable of more than sitting in the car and on the way to the surgeon's office. This was an experience that put Community Honda to the test and they passed - with flying colors. If this is news to you, stop by and find out for yourself. More
Community Honda's service department is by far above other dealerships from my own experience when it comes to getting the required work done right the first time. I'm very comfortable knowing that when other dealerships from my own experience when it comes to getting the required work done right the first time. I'm very comfortable knowing that when I drive away, my vehicle is reliable, and will carry me through to the next service visit when required normal maintenance is required. Jason Siler insures that everything is looked at when the vehicle comes in, and notifies the customer as to what the service technician recommends. He gives a good thorough walkthru as to why the recommended work is needed. Community Honda never does work nor charges the customer for unnecessary work. You could not ask for a better place to service your Honda. Kudos to Jason Siler and Community Honda ! More
Took my 2012 Honda Accord to Community Honda for servicing on Monday Jan. 14, 2013. Once again a very exemplary job done by those folks. Every one of those gentlemen are courteous, attentive and friendly every time I go there for maintnance on my three Honda's. They never tell you, you need something you do not. Honest, integrity, and attentivemess is what you get when you go to Community Honda in Orland Park. They are the reasons why I own three Hndas all bought through them. Jennifer Miller is the prime example of what that service department exemplifies when it comes to great customer care and service. I can't say enough about them. I am not a friend of any of the people I have talked about, nor a relative , just a totally happy customer. More

My experience from start to finish was excellent. Randy was professional, friendly and helpful. I was actually late for my original online appointment but he fit me right in and never made me uncomfortable was professional, friendly and helpful. The employee who provided the shuttle to take me home was polite also. He was also the same person the sent to pick me up at the promised time. Traci was very cordial when I entered the office. She asked me why I was there, I told her the seat on the passenger's side was making noise. After, we took a ride in the car she heard the noise and told asked me why I was there, I told her the seat on the passenger's side was making noise. After, we took a ride in the car she heard the noise and told me she would have a Tech check it out. It was determined the track for the seat on the passenger's side needed to be replaced. She told me she'd call me after she checked whether my certification plan covered this service. She was true to her word, she kept me abreast of the situation she called and gave me the date and time to bring my car in and arranged for someone to pick me up after the car was repaired. More
Unfriendly, poor procedure and area for checking in for service. It's never clear "who is next". Customers standing around looking for where to go and who to talk to. Repairs almost always require coming back again to get it fixed. Things as simple as repairing a flat tire. Brought my van in for a flat. Service called saying everything was fine and could not find a leak. Went to pick up the van and tire was flat in their lot. Really?! Last service writer did not listen to what I was expaining about the problem. They always find something else that needs to be fixed or maintained (replace and flush power steering fluid?!)You think I would learn and go to another dealer but this one is so close to home. More
The Service Dept. Staff was friendly and prompt at greeting me when I brought in my vehicle. I asked if I could wait for my vehicle during service: they gave me the wait time and it was completed upo greeting me when I brought in my vehicle.
