2 cars serviced on the same day We brought both of our Honda’s in with appointments on the same day for oil changes and wiper insert replacements. Both vehicles were ready before I expected and I enjoyed the turnaround time. I did not give 5 stars because we were told we needed to flush the transmission fluid on one of the vehicles at 30K and I have not been able to confirm that being done on such low milage. Also, we were told to replace the timing belt on the other. My Honda’s have timing chains and the milage on that vehicle is around 60K anyway. I am concerned the ‘new’ service group is trying to make more money. The person we dealt with when dropping off was very professional and the turnaround time made me give 4 stars. If I have to rate the service guidelines alone, it would not be good. More

Oil change I made an appt at the end of the day so an oil change wouldn't take 2 hrs if made during the day. . He was pleasant with a low key approach, which was appreciated, and thoroughly explained the car and everything about Community Honda. We visited several car dealers, but returned to Community Honda because of Jim and, of course, the car. Jim wasn't there when we returned, but we then met Frank Cleveland, who displayed the same characteristics. Community Honda allowed us to work with them on the price and because of that and the two excellent salesmen, we purchased the car. All the employees we came in contact with were informative and a pleasure to work with and meet. More
