Service advisor recommends service based on mileage only. We have been a loyal honda owner for 15 yrs. Initially service was excellent. Lately, I spend more time correcting the service advisor. Adviser gets vin from car, then looks up info for my other car. Corrected that. Then he starts recommending items based solely on mileage, I point out that some of these items were done. Oh yeah, he says. Told him that i heard a clicking noise from the steering when turning. They all do that , he says. Can't be bothered with a test drive. 19 point check wasn't performed. .this never happened in the past.looks like I need to go elsewhere More

No service department The service manager and the reps all don't care to help customers and lie about most things related to factory defects. My car has several issues that The service manager and the reps all don't care to help customers and lie about most things related to factory defects. My car has several issues that they will not diagnose and they refuse to start a case for me. The chrome grill bubbles up and has been replaced twice on a 2018, the trans jerks, the dash rattles, premature rear brake wear and the cars collision mitigation system malfunctions and slams on brakes for no reason but they have an excuse for everything and again will not help file a case for Honda to investigate when driveaccord,net is full of people complaining of similar issues with each trim level. More
