Frustrated customer First we couldn’t get a severe recall fixed at the dealer.Told it would take at least a month. Called Joliet dealer, they got us in immediately. Was told an hour to an hour fifteen. Took them THREE HOURS! Now, Tuesday December 3 WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT to get our roof gasket fixed that is missing above the front passenger window. We’ll first have to see if they fix it and how long this will take. More
