Service adviser was friendly and took interest in my daughter’s “complaints” about the car. He advised us that his shift would be over before our car was completed, but another service adviser would con daughter’s “complaints” about the car. Spent over 4 hours in the dealership waiting for a oil change, tire rotation and they needed to remove a rock that got stuck near the tire axle. After about 2 hours the guy said everything is done and it change, tire rotation and they needed to remove a rock that got stuck near the tire axle. After about 2 hours the guy said everything is done and it should be 10-15 more mins and it was 2 more hours! Also I have bumper to bumper extended warranty so the guy ensured me that I won’t be paying for anything other than the oil change and tire rotation. Then at the end he said that my warranty won’t cover it and they are gonna split the cost to remove the rock with me pretending that that’s the only way the mechanic gets payed. So basically I have no choice other than to pay an extra 60 bucks even though I was ensured I wouldn’t at the beginning. And 4 hours?! After they said they were done after 2? Don’t count on me going there again, probably the worst service I’ve received from any business ever. More
