The only problem I had was with the finance Manager. I was informed the previous day my deposit could be made in any form of payment. Once I returned the next day to make my deposit, he informed me their credit service will only allow a $500.00 limit for payments. I find that very hard to believe. Were're in difficult times I know dealerships will take all money. I paid by check and got my car. Overall my experience was great. More
Sales manager not willing to negotiate at all. Overcharged for mud flaps and wheel locks. Could have had a happy customer if he was willing to give a couple oil changes or anything. I brought my van in for a timing belt replacement and repair the 2 sliding doors. When my wife picked up the van nobody went over what was done or made sure everything was alright. When I got home I noti repair the 2 sliding doors. When my wife picked up the van nobody went over what was done or made sure everything was alright. When I got home I noticed dents and scratches on the drivers side sliding door that had happened while it was in for service. I had to call and inquire about what happened. I never heard back so I came in the following Saturday morning and showed Zack the damage. He knew about it and was going to check into it. I talked with Bob the following week and set up to have my wife drop it off and the damage would be repaired. They dropped the van off for us and picked up the loaner after it was repaired. Unfortunately the body shop did an awful job and the door doesn’t work all the time now. We spoke to Bob and are going to schedule to drop it off again to get the door repaired. I wish I would have left the damage there it looked better than it does now. I’m very dissatisfied with my experience. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Community! Thank you. More
