I just think my process took too long. I should’ve been done 2 hours earlier. I knew the car I was buying, was approved through Case for my loan. The hard sales of protective paint and extended gap service done 2 hours earlier. I knew the car I was buying, was approved through Case for my loan. The service agent Kamron falsely tricked me about my rear differential fluid needing changing and flushing. His time estimate was 5 minutes but 45 minutes later my car was ready, complete with a dirty clean differential fluid needing changing and flushing. His time estimate was 5 minutes but 45 minutes later my car was ready, complete with a dirty cleaning rag lying on the front passenger seat. And the cost was $230 more than the original estimate. I feel like I was scammed. Don't know if I'll go to Community Honda again for service, More
