This was my 14th Honda 3rd one from this dealer. Terry called me up & said we could trade up & offered me a GREAT deal. Already knew what color vehicle & style I would like & want & had it ready. I have the go ahead, set a time to come in & he had everything ready to go. In these times of Covid you don’t want to be anywhere for to long. I've been dealing with a water problem since I bought my car and after my car was at Honda for 8 days this last time, they are trying to tell me that it is characteristic of 2017 Honda Accords. I don't believe that because if it was characteristic of my car why didn't they tell me that 4 years ago, and why did they try to fix it, supposedly a couple of times. More
