I had an appt for 10:30 am. I did not leave until almost 1:00pm. Seems not to matter if one has an appt or not. I don’t like the way the reps try to convince us that we need this done or that done; t 1:00pm. Seems not to matter if one has an appt or not. I don’t like the way the reps try to convince us that we need this done or that done; trans fluid change, oil and filter change, or front brakes done, etc. I was told I needed front brakes, 55,000 miles, then at end he said you don’t need front brakes., very confusing. ..I know the more work the mechanics do, the bigger the commission for these reps. This is dishonest. From now on I will bring in my previous worksheet bo make sure I am not re-doing previous work. Also was reassured I would get a car wash which I did not...very disappointed!!!!! This is a scam for us who don’t pay attention but from now on I will!! More
I had my new car scotch guarded and seal coated and the service staff was excellent. I had a question for the manager, left him a message, and he had someone respond to my message within a couple hours. service staff was excellent. I have been using Community's Service Department for 10 years and have never been disappointed! I have used another Honda dealership for service for a car I did not purchase at Community and I have switche years and have never been disappointed! Hi: I have been a customer since 2009 when I bought my first CRV, I now have a 2016. My CRV was in need of service but with the Covid pandemic I could not bring it in. I have medical issues that do not first CRV, I now have a 2016. My CRV was in need of service but with the Covid pandemic I could not bring it in. I have medical issues that do not allow it at this date. I contacted service Bob, Bill and Zack. They arrange to pick up my CRV and service it, no charge. The two men who came and delivered my vehicle back were very nice. Great service! More
