I've been here 4 times and each time I opted for text updates that never happen and this place is very slow except with excuses. The reps lie and have no knowledge of what accessories fit what trim level updates that never happen and this place is very slow except with excuses. Each time I see my car come in finished it still takes an hour to give it to me while I see it just sitting there. They also have don't assist in diagnosing issues related to defects and refuse to start a case so that Honda corp can investigate safety defects which can save lives and prevent customers from paying out of pocket for factory defect that should be covered by Honda not the consumer. More
