Good experience — eventually I needed to replace a shattered side view mirror. I had to come in on 3 separate occasions: once to assess the damage (even though it was obvious that I needed to replace a shattered side view mirror. I had to come in on 3 separate occasions: once to assess the damage (even though it was obvious that the part would have to be replaced and not fixed, as I mentioned to at least three or four people); once because the part wasn’t in when promised three days later and no one notified me; and once to actually replace the part. When the work was finally done, it looked good and took less than hour, but I squandered two vacation days needlessly. My service rep was pleasant and very helpful, but Honda really needs to consider how to streamline mundane tasks. This is my first Honda, so I don’t know if this is the norm, but it made me somewhat apprehensive of future visits. I will probably try a dealer closer to home next time to make a comparison. More

Quick quality service Needed a tire patched on a Monday, Cesar Diaz was able to squeeze me in and get tire fixed within a couple hours. Unfortunately that evening I drove through some heavy construction and ended up with a nail in the same tire! So back I go the following day. With a new tire ordered, they got me a ride home and back to the dealership within a couple hours. Following day, 1 other tire found a nail somewhere on the road! Back to Honda, couple hours later with door to door service once again, tire fixed. The kind and caring manner in which this nearly hysterical female was taken care of, went above and beyond! What could’ve been a horrible stressful situation turned out great, just because of how this employee treated his customer! For that I will sing Honda’s praises. More
