No pushy salespeople I began my vehicle search on-line to comparison shop with different dealerships. I found Community Honda who had the vehicle I wanted in the color tha I began my vehicle search on-line to comparison shop with different dealerships. I found Community Honda who had the vehicle I wanted in the color that I wanted. Their price was almost the same as the other dealers so I decided to shop with them. Upon arrival we were greeted by Howard. I came in looking for Ron who was the gentleman I was dealing with online so I was hesitant to do business with anyone else. He stated that he spoke to Rob and that it was ok for him ( Howard ) to help me. (Ron did stop by to say hello to us since we’d only communicated online) I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. First of all, the kids were treated to video games, popcorn, juice, and water. They have a play area for the kids while we spoke to Howard. Since we knew what we wanted he immediately offered to take us for a test drive. He showed us the vehicle features and we took it out. We came back and we began to do the paperwork to buy the car. Not once did Howard try to steer us in a different direction nor try to use typical “ salesman”pitches. The financing portion took hours! That’s the only negative to the whole thing. I didn’t realize it would take more than 6 hours to buy a new car!!! Anyway, we bought our car for the price we wanted, we didn’t have to negotiate anything. There was no back and forth because we got the price we were willing to pay. After the paperwork was completed Howard took us to our brand new vehicle. He explained all the feature of the car and showed us how everything works before we left the lot. It was the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Howard for all your help and for finding a phone charger to charge my teenage daughter’s cell phone! Talk about going above and beyond! More

Oil change I had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 for an oil change. I arrived at 12 since I was in the area. Upon my arrival one of the workers told me which l I had an appointment yesterday at 12:30 for an oil change. I arrived at 12 since I was in the area. Upon my arrival one of the workers told me which lane to drive in through. I got out of my vehicle and approached the young lady who instructed me where to drive up to. I told her my name and that I had an appointment for an oil change. She instructed me to go to leave the keys in the truck and to go to the waiting room and that someone would come and get me in a few. I waited for over 30 minutes and I noticed the dealer had a kids area, my toddler was with me so I went back to the girl who took care of me and told her I would be by the kids area in case they were looking for me. She said that would be fine. At around 1:40 (one hour and a half after I arrived) I went to ask how much longer it would be. When the gentleman at the desk asked my name he said I was never checked in. That I was supposed to have come to them first so they could take down my info. I explained that I was told otherwise and hats why I went to the waiting room. He apologized and said he would do his best to get me out. However I didn’t leave the dealer until 3pm. I was there a total of 3 hours for a simple oil change. It was a very bad experience to have to wait so long for a mistake from one of your employees. I had my 1 year old with me who also had to wait for 3 hours. I thought I would let you know so that your employees are more clear and specific when dealing with customers, especially if we are new to your dealer. More

New HRV Sean was a pleasure to work with. My only complaint would be that the new vehicle only had 5/8’s tank of gas. Also, the car looked like it was clean Sean was a pleasure to work with.
