Because of past problems with other dealerships attempting to charge me for tire rotations that they did not actually complete, I decided to check to see whether the one mismatch tire on my vehicle was still on the front driver side. I was very disappointed that it was still there. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and that charge was removed from my bill. I did not have the time to give them a second chance to really do the tire rotation. More

The Service Adviser was just Great! He understood my concern and moved quickly to resolve it to my satisfaction! The kids were all over my car as soon as I drove in checking my fluid levels. Thankfully it was still under warranty from Acura - UPDATED Purchased a used 2015 Acura RDX in June. Less than 30 days later there was a problem with the A/C so took it back to Community Honda since we purchase Purchased a used 2015 Acura RDX in June. Less than 30 days later there was a problem with the A/C so took it back to Community Honda since we purchased the extended warranty. It was still covered under original warranty, so they took to Acura who fixed the issue at no charge. I’m very thankful for that because after the following experience, I’m sure Community Honda would have found some way to charge us! After picking up the vehicle, my wife noticed that the shift interlock cover was missing so she contacted the service center. Somehow they “remembered” that it was missing already and said they could order the part and it’s $20. We would have noticed it was missing at the time of purchase (especially since we took note of every single scratch when making our decision) and I guarantee that Community would have replaced it to make the sale. Furthermore, I think they would have replaced a $20 part before putting the vehicle for sale on their lot. Community Honda is a dealership that my wife’s entire family (Bustos) has used to purchase vehicles (including her mother and cousins who live in the area). Every other experience was positive. We have never encountered such poor service and disregard. The vehicle is so new (to us) that the first payment isn’t due yet! It appears that before we ever take a vehicle in for service, we need to take photos of anything we feel could get damaged! We are extremely disappointed. Susan Jimenez reached out to me in an attempt to correct the issues. She was extremely helpful and replaced the cost of the part. In future dealings with Community Honda, I will be sure to reach out to Susan Jimenez. She definitely made Community Honda an option for us going forward. More

The sales and finance was great .Here come the (Never Again) my car broke down 3wk after purchase I drove totally of 80 mile ;give 15 miles there and come back I did buy the good warranty they offer me.I told them I didn't want to used my warranty if I just purchased the car they say ok they give me a loaner to fix the problem (they did) but why should I have to paid for anything;it just 3 week my car note having even came yet. They used my warranty without my consent. After the fact they the service call me .now the loaner. AND THE DEDUCTIBLE Become a rental $ 180.00 SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID NOTHING Wow!! Not a happy camper More

When approached she was very dismissive with me and told me to go to the service counter to get a piece of paper that she could’ve probably printed out herself. With that being said, I cannot fault the service center because all those guys were great, but she was the worst And I’m sure that you’ve received similar complaints. More
