I can't say enough positive things about Greg. He was great when he was at Planet Honda in Matteson and was a star there. My wife and I were looking for another location to service both of our Honda vehicles and having him at this facility has absolutely convinced me that my wife and I have made the right choice to have our vehicle serviced at this location going forward. The staff I interacted with was great! I talked to a young lady named Kim to schedule my appointment and she was very helpful and accommendating. Missing car I get a call that they are still waiting for parts around 2:45 pm. I then get a phone call that the parts have arrived. I ask the sales gentleman if two hours is enough time for them to get the mirror replaced. He said absolutely. I arrive at 7:00 pm and my car wasn’t even touched. I walk in and ask to speak to the manager. I than ask to speak to a manager about why my car wasn’t ready after 3 days. The manager was extremely rude and said that it was the service reps word against mine. Instead of finding out the details. The manager than said your going to have to wait to speak to Ryan. Looks as if you just asked to have the parts ordered. I said absolutely NOT!!! My car was sitting in your parking lots for 3 days and you had no idea where the car was. Even though you had my keys and a hang tag in the window. Why in the world would I leave my car there for three days if I only wanted the parts to be ordered. I 100% asked for the parts to be replaced. I can’t drive with a broken mirror. The service rep was completely honest and apologetic and forgotten that the car was there. I did appreciate his honesty. But it was a big problem. On a side note it took 12 minutes to fix. Where in the world did this break down happen. I will be looking for a new service place to take my car. More
