My car is under warranty yet it isn’t serviced I cannot be more charitable with Honda. They sold me a defective ridgeline and I will pay to have it fixed because I feel so bad for the company. Randy tried to fix it but nothing got done and now I’m paying for it. About $500 but the company needs money and can not operate the business so I would be more than willing to donate if Honda is that poor. Figure it out and if you need money to fund basic business I will pay for it. I tell everyone I know and include my experience with every public speach I give or article I publish. I am truly sorry and hope any funding will help the company. More

Questionable new battery install I first took my car to my usual place with the report that it needs a hybrid repair. He also said the regular battery was okay. At Honda, I was told I need a new battery before they can even go any further with my diagnostic-sounded like bs. They did provide the print out of the battery results, but I still have big doubts, especially since I got it home only to notice my radio/clock would not work....WHAA! Whatever. When I said I wanted a print out, I suddenly was eligible for a senior discount-yeah. Just don't trust dealers. My husband had a poor experience there also. More

routine rear differential fluid change After bringing CRV in for a scheduled differential fluid change...[$110], was told we also needed brake fluid change. Reluctantly I agreed to the tune After bringing CRV in for a scheduled differential fluid change...[$110], was told we also needed brake fluid change. Reluctantly I agreed to the tune of another $143.99. Then after leaving car was called at home saying the car needed a brake job, another $300, at which point I had to say hold on, our $110 bill was about to blossom to $572. I said hold off on brakes, went to pick up the car up and took it to another shop where they told me I didn't need brakes. There was well over 50% left on shoes. No charge. After a full day of inconvenience, I'm looking for a new shop. More

Honda dealership Jake at Comminiry Honda is the best. I’m a mom if 4 with little time and he made it so convenient and fast. I showed up at 10 and was home by 12:15.
