Outstanding Experience with Sales Came here with the intent to buy a new car same day. We walked in and were immediately greeted by our sales advisor, Jake. He was very prompt and to Came here with the intent to buy a new car same day. We walked in and were immediately greeted by our sales advisor, Jake. He was very prompt and to the point with getting us in a Honda Accord to test drive. He was up front about the model that we wanted being down the street and not at this dealer but said they would bring it over. Throughout the test drive, he was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car and making sure we knew what we were buying. When it came to negotiating price, the dealer was very fair and reasonable. The manager who Jake worked with was extremely courteous and reasonable. Jake and the manager were very upfront about the costs, numbers, pricing, etc. In terms of warranties, this dealer did their job in explaining everything and trying to sell it. In the end, we didn’t go with it but we appreciated the dealer being up front about costs and what came with it and what didn’t. In addition, Jake was very knowledgeable with all of our questions. He ensured we were in and out all things considered in a very reasonable amount of time. The paperwork was all very seamless and clearly explained. Jake and his manager went above and beyond to get us a fair price. Jake even stayed longer with us to go through the cars features and help set things up with the technology. Overall, this dealership was very professional and service friendly for buying a car. Job well done! More
