I felt confident in leaving the vehicle and I was provided with a loaner, which ended up being a brand new beautiful 2019 Pilot! How nice was that, especially since I have always dreamed of upgrading to a Pilot. Needless to say, the Pilot was a honey to drive. More importantly, Jay understood my hesitation in having the a/c repaired earlier due to my fixed income and unforeseen personal expenses. So he did some magic and cut the price in half!
