Replace clips for shield protector. The only issue I have is that this was the third time I have had to have these clips replaced. two unusual things I've been there a hundred times or more. This was the first time there wasn't a paper mat, ( I need new mats anyway.!) Before at the service, it was just turned down, then its easy to drive and get the volume up. This time I had a hard time getting it back on, (I just wasn't used to it) All of my Honda books had been out of my glove box and put back,, I had a thought that maybe they were written in for the service,, but, no, that wasn't the case,, a few items I had in there were on the floor. So very strange because all I came in for was an oil change, then I was told I needed the tires rotated. So,, no big deal on any of this, just strange,,! More

Excellent Service department Made an appointment, dropped off car the night before. They called me when it was done and even offered to pick me up from home (20 minutes away).
